Mode of Administration
Medicine No.1 - Boil one spoon of this medicine with 400 ml. of water till it reduces to 100ml., strain it out, & take before breakfast & dinner.
Medicine No.2,3,4,5,6 - Mix all these medicines divide into 60 parts and take each part an hour before breakfast dinner with honey or hot water
Medicine No.7,8,9 - 1-1 tab. from each to be taken after breakfast, lunch & dinner with hot water.

Many people experience joint pain, especially during the old age. Treating the joint pain is very important before it gets acute or severe. Try some home remedies to reduce the pain.
Home remedies for joint pain:
Massage the affected area with coconut oil, olive oil or castor oil to get relief from the joint pain. You may use any oil for massaging.
Fry 4-5 garlic cloves in vegetable oil or butter and let it cool down. Apply this oil on the affected areas. This is an age old home remedy for treating joints pain.
Fried garlic can also be consumed to relieve the pain.
Mix 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder in hot milk and drink it daily before bedtime. You may drink it 2-3 times a day.
Add one tablespoon of turmeric in hot or warm water and drink it several times a day. This is known to be an effective natural remedy for joint pains.
Take paste of papaya seeds and boil it in water. Drink the mixture several times a day.

Mix equal amounts of olive oil and kerosene. Apply this mixture on the joints to relieve the pain.
